Privacy

Quarterly Tax is run by Money You're Owed, a trading name of AUSSIE-AI LTD (company no. 17193460), the data controller. Questions: hello@moneyyoureowed.com.

The numbers you type

The calculator runs in your browser. Your figures are not sent to us. Your last inputs are saved in your browser's local storage on your device so the paid plan page can reuse them; clear your browser data to remove them.

Visit counts

We count visits per page per day and clicks on the buy button. Each count uses a one-way code made from the date, your IP address and your browser type, so we can count unique visitors without cookies. We do not store your IP address with these counts. If you arrive from a link with a source tag (for example ?src=), we count the tag too.

Payments

Stripe handles checkout. Stripe gives us your name, email, the amount and the source tag on the order. We use these to provide the plan, answer questions, handle refunds and keep records the law requires. We never see your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Finding a lost plan

If you use Find my plan or the "Email me this link" button, we use your email address once to look for a matching purchase in Stripe and, if there is one, send the plan link to the email on that purchase through our email provider, Resend. We don't store the address you type. It is sent to Stripe as a search, so Stripe's own request logs may hold it for a short time. The page shows the same message whether or not it matched.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (like IP address) to deliver and protect the site.

No ads or tracking cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and we do not sell data. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page speed and visit totals without cookies.

How long we keep data

Daily visit counts are kept as totals. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by emailing hello@moneyyoureowed.com. If you are in the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
